PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN GURU SMP NEGERI 5 AIRGEGAS DALAM MENYUSUN RPP MASA NEW NORMAL (COVID 19) MELALUI PROGRAM SUPERVISI AKADEMIK YANG BERKELANJUTAN
Abstract
This research aims to examine the improvement of teachers’ ability in compiling RPP. RPP is one of the learning administrations that must be made by teachers, including during normal and new normal (covid-19) times. Various kinds of efforts made by the teachers in compiling RPP, but there are still many teachers who make RPP the same as in normal times. Some teachers understand how to use RPP's compiling guidelines, but not a few teachers who only copy other people's RPP so that there is no difference between RPP in normal times and in the new normal (covid-19). This research was conducted to find out whether the sustainable academic supervision program can improve the ability of teachers of SMP Negeri 5 Airgegas in compiling RPP for the new normal period. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 5 Airgegas as many as 2 cycles. The results showed an improvement in the ability of teachers in compiling RPP. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of a sustainable academic supervision program at SMP Negeri 5 Airgegas can improve the ability of teachers in compiling RPP for the new normal period. This can be seen by the average value of the teachers ability in compiling a prescient RPP of 75.99, cycle 1 of 76.58 and cycle 2 of 80.01. In other words, the improvement of the teachers ability in compiling new normal RPP at SMP Negeri 5 Airgegas from precycle 2 is 4.02.
